Pharmacy Weight Loss Southampton is a UK-based online pharmacy weight loss clinic serving patients in Southampton and surrounding areas. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 9012511) and operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy regulations and guidelines.
To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire before any treatment is considered. We reserve the right to decline treatment to anyone we deem unsuitable on clinical or safety grounds.
Our weight loss treatments are not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, individuals with certain medical conditions, or those already taking incompatible medications. Our pharmacists will assess your eligibility on a case-by-case basis.
All prescription medicines dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by a qualified, registered prescriber. Our prescribers will review your medical questionnaire and may request additional information or decline to prescribe where it is not clinically appropriate.
We do not supply prescription-only medicines without proper clinical assessment. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation is dangerous and may constitute fraud. We accept no liability for harm arising from inaccurate information submitted by patients.

Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
If your prescription is declined by our pharmacist following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund of any medication costs. Consultation fees, where applicable, may be non-refundable as they cover the cost of clinical review.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the courier service used and are not guaranteed by Pharmacy Weight Loss Southampton.
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package where required. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information or courier issues beyond our control.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched for a full refund. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription medicines under UK law, and no refund will be issued for the medication itself.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
